EarnSathi provides financial facilitation services including but not limited to Demat account opening, bank account assistance, loan referrals, mutual fund guidance, GST filing, and tax services. We act as facilitators between clients and licensed financial institutions.

Our services are available to Indian residents who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided may result in rejection of your application and potential legal consequences.

5. Fees and Charges

Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated transparently before service commencement. EarnSathi reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

EarnSathi acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party financial institutions. We are not liable for any investment losses or financial decisions made based on our guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EarnSathi website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of EarnSathi Fintech and is protected under applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
